A Perfect Story for a Veteran's Day...
I was just over at My Day My Interest Photoblog. Betty has a wonderful story on her blog today, perfect for this Veteran's Day. I don't know if it is true, but I really, really hope it is.
Go Here to read this touching story, and try to keep a tear from forming in your eye.

Veteran's Day 2008
It is the Soldier
Father Dennis Edward O'Brien
It is the Soldier,
not the reporter, who has given us freedom of press.
It is the Soldier,
not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the Soldier,
not the campus organizer, who gives us freedom to demonstrate.
It is the Soldier
who salutes the flag,
who serves beneath the flag,
and whose coffin is draped by the flag,
who allows the protester to burn the flag.

Veterans Day 2007
Love your country and live with pride
And don't forget those who died America can't you see
All gave some and some gave all
And some stood through for the red, white and blue
And some had to fall
And if you ever think of me
Think of all your liberties and recall
Some gave all
And if you ever think of me
Think of all your liberties and recall, yes recall
Some gave all
-- Lyrics from "Some Gave All" by Billy Ray Cyrus
